We are long time Section 10 residents and used Stanley Security (formerly Liberty Security) for our home security. In December of 2018 our house alarm was triggered while we were out of town and Stanley's response was disastrous. Their initial call to notify us was well after the alarm was set off and things went downhill from there so I decided to move to a local security company. Debbie Collins, a Section 10 neighbor, had posted a referral for a company called Safe and Secure ("SAS") on NextDoor so I gave them a call. The experience in dealing with them has been superior from the first visit. The sales person was knowledgeable, listened carefully to our requirements and designed a system that has exceeded our expectations. The installation and testing were professionally handled and I received a valuable tutorial from SAS on how to operate the system before they left the premises. The sales person, John, gave me his cell number and has stayed in touch since the installation. SAS is keenly aware that the real test, of course, will come should we have a break in and require rapid law enforcement response.
